How Long is the Average Hold Time?

Most times you can reach your customer success team without any hold time. Peak hours are from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm MST. During this time frame there may be calls in queue ahead your your call.  Our system allows you to request a call-back, or to leave a detailed voicemail that we will make every effort to follow up on within an hour of receiving the request.
