What if I'm running late?

Sometimes life happens...and so does bad traffic.  Our policy with photographers is if they are going to be more than 10 minutes late, you will receive a call from your Scheduling Team to alert you to the delay.  If the delay is too long, then we will issue a priority reschedule.  

If you are late and we are relying on you to open the door, then we ask for the same respect in return:  please call your Scheduling Team if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, and if more, then please consider rescheduling to a better time.  Keep in mind that rescheduling or cancelling will result in a Late Cancellation Fee.

We all have busy schedules.  It's a good thing we're good at managing logistics!
